A new photo reveals that the highly anticipated Baccarat Residences Brickell is continuing its ascent, solidifying its status as one of the tallest towers in Miami’s financial district. The 75-story luxury tower, which broke ground last year, is set to rise 848 feet above ground, making it the second-tallest building in Brickell—surpassed only by the 868-foot Panorama Tower.

In August, Baccarat Residences reached a major milestone with its foundation pour, setting the stage for vertical construction. Now, just months later, the tower’s progress is becoming increasingly visible on the skyline. Notably, glass installation has already begun at the riverfront residences, hinting at the sleek and sophisticated design that will define this ultra-luxury development.

The tower will feature an exclusive collection of 324 residences, 8 penthouses, and 28 riverfront flats and duplexes. With demand for high-end real estate in Miami remaining strong, Baccarat Residences has seen remarkable sales velocity, reaching 95% sold as of April 2024.

Baccarat Residences is not the only tower rising within this ambitious riverfront complex. The 45-story Viceroy Brickell, which topped off in January, is also visible in the latest construction photos.
