There are several reasons for why 900 Biscayne Bay gets a 9.5 out of 10 quality score on our Condo Rankings page. The building management's attention to detail is definitely one of them. In the photo above, take note of the pattern across the back of the sofa. Each morning, the cleaning person vacuums this pattern into the back and sides of each of the sofas that reside in the club room at 900 Biscayne Bay. Attention to small details like these that don't go unnoticed by the most discriminating of buyers.
At first I thought this was a joke, but I suppose it is not.
One of the first things I look for in a new condo is whether common-area sofas are vacuumed in interesting geometric patterns.
Had the sofas not been vacuumed, one can assume it would have scored a 9.3 instead of a 9.5?
900 Biscyane is a dump. I lived there for 3 years. Valet is pretty much broke and the building is falling apart. Pools have been closed for over a year now due to ongoing construction. This building is a disaster.
Sorry, but 900 Biscayne is awful once you get to know it.
Oh, and that TV is the most impossible thing ever to figure out since the remotes never work and it’s jerry rigged to about 3 different pieces of equipment in the shelf underneath it.
Yeah, I always look for “vacuumed” in patterns when I am spending $100 of thousand of dollars on anything………no pattern vacuumed in and I just walk right out. You should see the BMW i brought last week…tons of patterns vaccuumed in all over the body!!!! seriously…..vacuumed patterns as a selling point??? Give me a break!!!!
