X Miami

X Miami is a 32-story apartment community located in Miami’s Bayfront Park neighborhood. Completed in 2018, this 464 unit building was developed by Property Markets Group and designed by CFE Architects with interiors by Antrobus and Ramirez. What’s unique about X Miami is that you can rent either a space for yourself or rent-by-bedroom and have roommates. It’s a new concept to Miami but has been proven successful in other cities across the globe. X Miami was originally built with 464 apartment units for rent, but 4 floors have been converted for hotel use by The Guild Hotels. The X Social Community motto is “Life is better with company” and is expressed throughout the structure with it’s well planned social spaces.

The spaces offered by X Miami are studios, 1-, 2- and, 3-bedroom units. Square footage of the units at X Miami starts at 450 square feet for a studio to a maximum of 1,360 square feet for the 3 bedroom apartment. Each unit was designed thoughtfully with tons of storage, a bathroom for every bedroom, floor to ceiling windows with blackout shades, porcelain tile throughout, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, custom Italian cabinetry, high ceilings, large vanity mirrors with dual lighting and glass shower doors with rain showerheads. All rentals at X Miami have Nest thermostats, Amazon Alexa, and Wi-Fi everywhere. Most units come equipped with a mounted 55″ smart TV and are cable ready. Services offered to renters of X Miami are controlled access, recycling, dry cleaning, planned social events, an insurance program, management on-site, and community-wide Wi-Fi.

Amenities are centered around the communal aspect of the X Miami complex. The fitness center includes Technogym equipment, dumbbells up to 75 lbs, yoga, cardio connected to TV and internet, and multiple weekly classes with live instruction. The pool deck is a Vegas-style arrangement with a hot tub, lounge chairs, day beds, and cabanas. X Miami has a great lawn area with amphitheater stairs and a mezzanine entertainment area with grills and built-in coolers. The social hall comes complete with meeting tables, modular couches, shuffleboard, foosball, and plenty of TVs.
