Christopher Burch has offered his opulent mansion on Miami Beach’s famed North Bay Road for $49 million. He is the co-founder of the fashion label Tory Burch and the founder and CEO of Burch Creative Capital.

Five-time Grammy award-winner and hip-hop legend, Lil Wayne, recently sold his Miami mansion after listing the property last year for $29.5 million. Weezy sold the waterfront property on Allison Island for a price pending after a recent $1.5 million price reduction to $28 million.
The 23,760-square-foot house, which was created by the architecture company Choeff Levy Fischman, has 110 feet of water frontage, a private dock, a pool, and an outdoor kitchen. It is located on the border of Biscayne Bay. Despite being a brand-new construction, Wayne upgraded the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion.

The singer-songwriter, whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, purchased the 7,250-square-foot, seven-bedroom residence at 6493 Allison Road in Miami Beach. The property was sold by Pascale and Laurent Ouazana. Laurent Ouazana was the CEO of Entoria, one of the biggest insurance brokers in France, and is currently a board member.
According to the listing, the Allison Island estate was originally listed at a $19.9 million asking price. The 2020-built property has a three-car garage, 75 feet of water frontage, staff quarters, a detached guest house, a pool, and cabanas.

Adrienne Arsht, a local philanthropist, set a Miami-Dade County record when she sold her waterfront property in Coconut Grove for $106.9 million.
The sale of the home represents a 29% decrease from the property’s initial $150 million asking price and this sale marks the first residential sale to exceed the $100 million threshold.
The 2 two-story homes sit on 3031 and 3115 Brickell Avenue and are frequently referred to as South Florida’s “embassy,” due to the many U.S. and international officials frequenting the home.
There are a total of 12 bedrooms and 13 and a half bathrooms in the 25,000-square-foot home. The 4-acre property has 400 feet of water frontage, is close to Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, and overlooks Biscayne Bay. The main house, known as Indian Spring, was built by Arsht in 1999.
It has a dining room that seats more than 20 people, a six-car garage with an office and apartment upstairs, a pool, and a tennis court. Indian Spring was designed by Jose Gelabert-Navia, a former dean of the University of Miami School of Architecture. Villa Serena, the other house, was constructed in 1913.
The property was developed by William Jennings Bryan, a former U.S. Secretary of State and a 3x presidential candidate. Arsht restored the waterfront mansion and it is now registered in the National Register of Historic Places.
According to records, she purchased the property in two transactions, paying $4 million for the land on which the contemporary house was built in 1996 and then $12 million for the ancient home in 2007.
Arsht, a native of Delaware, made a name for herself in Miami’s financial world and as an arts patron. She gave the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts a $30 million gift, earning it the moniker Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. She has also served as TotalBank’s chair in the past.
The transaction surpasses the previous high in Miami-Dade, which was set this summer by the $93 million purchase of three homes in Golden Beach by the founder of the technology business InterSystems. Ragon intends to demolish the buildings and build a new house in their stead.
Jeff Bezos’ Parents Buy Waterfront Mansion in Miami

The parents of Jeff Bezos invested $34 million in a waterfront Coral Gables mansion with over 12,000 square feet. Records show that the estate was purchased by Jackie and Mike Bezos, the parents of Amazon’s founder, last week.
Through a Delaware-based limited liability company called Forgotten Fountain, the couple bought the property located at 9475 Journeys End Road in Coral Gables.
The sellers of the estate were the former CEO of PetMD, Raul Calvoz, and his wife Raquel Cordon. According to property records, the couple paid $8.5 million for the home in 2018.
According to the description, the house has undergone a complete renovation and now features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors throughout. The property sits on more than 2 acres and has 200 feet of water frontage.
In addition, the offering lists a chef’s kitchen with double ovens, views of the pool and ocean beyond, a quartz wet bar, a rock climbing wall, a gym, a wine cellar, and other luxury amenities. The residence also features 2 terraces over two floors.
A pool, a lounge area, an outdoor kitchen, and a dining area with a built-in grill are all located outside. The mansion is perfect for car enthusiasts with a 9-car garage as well as a backup generator.

Pascal Nicolai, a Miami house developer, sold his waterfront Hibiscus Island spec home to a cosmetic company CEO for $2 million over asking price landing at a steep $15 million.
The waterfront estate located at 165 North Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach features 5 bedrooms, 5.1 bathrooms all on 0.17 acres of water frontage. The MLS listing shows a rendering of the spec home with a modern finish with floor-to-ceiling windows covering the exterior.
The interior of the home showcases 4,791 square feet of living space with high-end finishes.
Tropical foliage surrounds the property creating privacy that is unmatched on Hibiscus Island. The pool overlooks the dock, Biscayne Bay, and faces the Venetian Islands.
The seller Pascal Nicolai is the owner of Nicolai’s Sabal Development and this is one of his many spec homes currently being developed in Miami. The buyer for the property is the CEO of Farmasi North America, Sinan Tuna.
Tuna’s company is not only a cosmetic company but it’s also a marketing company that was originally located in Istanbul. Farmasi plans to build a headquarters and distribution center for the company in Doral, Florida.
The property was originally listed in July 2020 for $13 million during its completion of construction. It was then taken off the market then resisted in late 2021 for $15.5 million. The property was last sold to the developer for $5.8 million in 2016.
