Exciting new plans have been revealed for a 33-story residential tower in Edgewater, Miami. The project, named 1600 Edgewater, has been officially submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) for approval, marking a significant step in the city’s ongoing skyline transformation.

The Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) hearing for 1600 Edgewater is set for March 19, where city officials will review the project’s plans and impact on the community.
