A foundation permit application has been filed for One Twenty Brickell Residences, a 34-story residential tower planned for construction at 120 Southwest 8th Street in Brickell, Miami. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Cotofana Designs and developed by Property Markets Group (PMG), this new development will feature 240 fully furnished residences, each delivered with its own deeded office suite and over 60,000 square feet of amenities. The foundation permit application was filed with Miami-Dade County on April 30, with no contractor yet named.

One Twenty Brickell Residences will feature a range of studio to three-bedroom apartments, sized from 451 to 1,395 square feet. Each residence will boast fully integrated kitchens with custom countertops and backsplashes, contemporary under-mount sinks, and a high-end appliance package. Additional features include imported and custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry by Italkraft, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, glass-enclosed showers, and fully built-out closets in primary bedrooms. The flooring, selected with specifications recommended by Cotofana Designs, includes designer polymer wood and a contemporary lighting package. A built-in top-of-the-line washer and dryer enhance convenience, while PMG’s smart home technology offers efficient, seamless personalization at the touch of a button.

One Twenty Brickell Residences features a unique offering of private office suites, which are deeded individually to condo purchasers. Each office is enclosed with glass panels and equipped with a desk, chair, two guest chairs, a wallpaper accent wall, and complimentary Wi-Fi, providing a functional workspace for residents. Additional office amenities include concierge secretary service, dedicated elevators, a reception area, and a coffee station. New interior renderings of The St. Regis Residences Miami have just been revealed. The Residences, which will be situated in the upscale South Brickell district, will tower 50 floors above the waterfront of South Brickell and provide a distinctive experience and design to the St. Regis brand.

The skyscraper was meticulously cultivated and maintained by a visionary team, including architecture by the prestigious Robert A.M. Stern Architects and interiors by the famous Rockwell Group. It was developed by Related Group along with Integra Investments.

All 152 of the units have access to more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as magnificent views of the water and other world-class amenities.

There will be luxurious finishes throughout the two to six-bedroom units with large walk-in closets, spa-like bathrooms, and other amenities featured in the grand floor plans, which also have private elevators and entry foyers. Top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, custom Italian cabinetry, and imported natural stone worktops and backsplashes are all included in the kitchens. The Residences at 1428 Brickell Construction Update

The construction application was just submitted to Miami’s Planning Department for a site work permit for The Residences 1428 Brickell.

The application includes a building permit for site work in the category of excavation, piling, site work, and soil work was made to Miami’s Building Department. According to building department records, demolition permission for a 10-story office structure on the property is all but authorized and just needs proof that the electricity has been turned off.

The application for a second permission to build the new tower vertically was made in March and is still being reviewed. The contractor is listed as John Moriarty.

At 861 feet above the ground, the tower will rank among Miami’s highest structures. According to the developer, it will also be the first residential high-rise in the world with 500 photovoltaic-integrated windows that are partially powered by the sun.

With architecture by Arquitectonica, the building is being designed by ACPV Architects, under the direction of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel. Ytech is the developer.
