Exciting new developments are coming to the Bentley Residences Miami site in Sunny Isles Beach, with plans for two massive construction cranes to take the project skyward. According to a new filing with the FAA, these cranes will play a crucial role in shaping what will become the tallest oceanfront building in the United States.
The first crane, dubbed Tower Crane #1, is set to soar 850 feet above the ground, reaching an impressive 857 feet above sea level. This crane will help propel construction to the highest heights of Bentley Residences. Tower Crane #2 won’t be far behind, reaching 742 feet above ground, or 749 feet above sea level.
The work schedule for these towering structures is expected to begin on January 15, 2025, marking a significant milestone in the development.
Bentley Residences Miami is set to stand 62 stories tall, topping off at 749 feet. This will solidify its status as the tallest oceanfront building in the U.S., reshaping the skyline of Sunny Isles and redefining luxury living in the region.
Earlier this year, Dezer Development, the mastermind behind this iconic project, held a groundbreaking ceremony, setting the stage for a construction timeline that will stretch to the end of 2027, when the building is slated for completion.
Bentley Motors, renowned for its opulent automobiles, is embarking on a groundbreaking venture that transcends the realms of automotive engineering. Teaming up with Dezer Development, Bentley is spearheading the creation of Bentley Residences Miami, an epitome of ultra-luxury waterfront living nestled in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This visionary project is not just about lavish accommodation; it’s a testament to sophistication, elegance, and the seamless integration of automotive excellence into everyday life.
At the heart of Bentley Residences Miami lies the innovative ‘Dezervator,’ a patented car elevator designed to cater to the needs of luxury car aficionados. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this hydraulic marvel ensures a seamless transition for residents and their vehicles from ground level to their private garage on their floor. With no buttons to press and no need to exit the vehicle, the ‘Dezervator’ epitomizes convenience and exclusivity, embodying Bentley’s commitment to elevating the living experience.
Rising majestically 61 stories above the Atlantic Ocean, Bentley Residences Miami exudes grandeur and sophistication at every turn. Boasting 216 exquisitely finished residential units, each residence offers a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces, complemented by panoramic views of the ocean and waterways. From individual balcony swimming pools to floor-to-ceiling glass windows, every aspect of the design reflects a commitment to luxury and refinement.
Elevating the culinary experience to new heights, Bentley Residences Miami introduces a residents-only private restaurant helmed by celebrity chef Todd English. With a menu curated to tantalize the taste buds of the most discerning connoisseurs, residents can indulge in a gastronomic journey unlike any other. Additionally, an array of exclusive amenities awaits, including a whiskey and cigar lounge, wellness spa, cinema, and oceanfront beauty salon, ensuring a lifestyle of unparalleled luxury and comfort.
Conceptualized by Dezer Development and brought to life by the world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects, this masterpiece seamlessly integrates Bentley’s luxury design ethos with the residential experience. From the sleek exterior facade to the meticulously crafted interiors, every detail reflects a commitment to uncompromising quality and sophistication.
With an estimated completion date in 2027, Bentley Residences Miami is poised to redefine the landscape of luxury living. From its iconic ‘Dezervator’ car elevator to its unrivaled amenities and world-class hospitality, this visionary project sets a new standard for affluent living on the beachfront. As Bentley and Dezer Development continue to push the boundaries of innovation and luxury, Bentley Residences Miami stands as a beacon of automotive excellence and architectural splendor, inviting discerning individuals to experience the epitome of opulence firsthand.
A major development in the Bentley Residences Sunny Isles Beach project has been achieved. The project has secured a critical agreement for connecting to the county’s water and sewer utilities, as recorded on December 11. This progress is a significant indicator of the project’s forward momentum.
Bentley Residences is set to offer 216 high-end residential units, promising a blend of luxury and exclusivity. An attractive feature for investors is the minimal utility connection charge of only $47,376, significantly reduced due to a credit for 180 former hotel rooms on the site. This reflects a smart cost-saving approach in the project’s development.
Spearheaded by acclaimed developer Gil Dezer, the project is gearing up for a groundbreaking event which would mark the commencement of construction. The anticipated completion date is set for 2026, offering a strategic investment timeline.
As of November, the project is already 40% pre-sold, indicating a robust market response and high investor confidence. The sale rate of four to six contracts per month, highlights the strong and consistent interest in the project.
Bentley Residences’ strategic Sunny Isles Beach location, coupled with luxurious features and a strong pre-sale performance, positions it as a potentially lucrative investment with a promising return.
Following the start of sales in early 2022, this innovative development has quickly elevated Bentley Residences to the top of Miami’s real estate market. Dezer Development’s brilliant auto-inspired design has generated a lot of attention and heralded a new era in Miami’s real estate future.
Bentley Residences will be better positioned for success as a result of the next development milestones, which include the impending demolition of the current site and the highly anticipated groundbreaking.
Bentley Residences is planned to rise 62 stories at 18401 Collins Avenue in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach district, offering 216 luxurious units with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motor’s unmistakable design trademarks, craftsmanship, and exquisite details. The homes will include all doors, knobs, and pulls with Bentley’s distinctive textured handles, chrome finishes, and famous diamond patterning.
Each residence features extensive outdoor terraces with sundecks and private heated pools, top-tier Gaggenau kitchen appliances, roomy interiors with 10-foot ceilings, Italian kitchen cabinets with motorized door handles, premium quality stone countertops, backsplashes, and master bathroom saunas. The Dezervator, a cutting-edge car elevator that delivers vehicles and people directly to their apartments, is a major highlight.
Bentley Residences, which spans 3.6 acres of Sunny Isles beachfront, offers 20,000 square feet of facilities over three levels, evoking a luxurious five-star resort vibe. The extensive amenities include an oceanfront beauty salon, cabanas, a well-being spa, a wellness center, a whiskey and cigar bar, a wellness cinema, and a private dining establishment created by renowned celebrity chef Todd English. Beginning in 2023, work is anticipated to be finished in 2026. Pricing starts at $5.6 million.
Todd English, a celebrity chef and four-time James Beard Award winner, will collaborate with Bentley Residences to create the menu and atmosphere for the development’s resident-only restaurant.
The exclusive restaurant will be open to residents for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will offer private catering as well as poolside dining. It is situated on the lobby level and offers views of the pool and ocean. For a few resident-only events and demonstrations, chef Todd English will personally show up at the exclusive restaurant.
This exclusive gastronomic experience, with furnishings designed by Bentley Motors, will be one-of-a-kind and available only to the residents and their invited guests. There is a connection and link to the famed automobile brand thanks to the use of numerous fabrics and materials that were inspired by high-end luxury Bentley cars.
For instance, Bentley’s distinctive diamond patterning, which is present on the building’s external architecture as well, is referenced in the high-gloss flooring. For an upscale melancholy vibe, the private restaurant’s interiors combine a dark color scheme with strong details. The room’s forest green backlit banquettes give it a sense of seclusion, and the dramatic louvers that cover the walls give it a dramatic feel. For a more laid-back and informal dining experience, there is also plenty of bar seating available.
Todd English is known for being a restauranteur, author, and television personality, as well as his current establishments, Olives, Figs, and Pappas Taverna in New York City. He is also well-known for his appearances on the Food Network, PBS, and well-liked shows like Top Chef and Iron Chef. The private restaurant by Todd English, which is slated to provide residents a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere, will be the chef’s first private condominium idea.
A selected cuisine will also be offered for in-residence dining, and the menus will change seasonally. After being voted “National Rising Star Chef” by the Maryann Beard Foundation in 1991, English initially became well-known internationally for his take on rustic Mediterranean food. The dining experience will be enhanced by his extraordinary expertise and charm, which will offer a personalized touch with every meal.
According to English, “Every aspect of Bentley Residences has been so thoughtfully designed to perfection and I’m incredibly honored for this opportunity to partner with Gil Dezer and further elevate the luxurious lifestyle through unique culinary creations for residents. We’re excited to provide a curated experience with rotating seasonal menus that will make dining at Bentley Residences a joy for residents and their guests.”
The first private restaurant from Chef Todd English will benefit from his decades of expertise developing some of the most well-known restaurants in the world. English is well known for his cooking, but he has also been on a variety of television programs, including Iron Chef, Top Chef, The Today Show, and Food Trip with Todd English on The Food Network. He has additionally worked as the Executive Celebrity Chef for a number of high-profile occasions, such as the Super Bowl, Fashion Week, Tony Awards, and Sundance Film Festival.

A $40 million construction loan was secured by Dezer Development’s proposed Bentley Residences condominium development in Sunny Isles Beach.
Records show that City National Bank of Florida provided the mortgage. The financing is for pre-development expenses related to the planned 216-unit luxury tower at 18401 Collins Avenue.
The Sunny Isles Beach-based development company, run by Gil Dezer, just unveiled a $10 million sales center with a scale model of a 6,000-square-foot condo at Bentley Residences. For apartments facing the Intracoastal Waterway, prices vary from $5 million to almost $6 million. Units with a view of the ocean start at $7.2 million. The penthouses will cost between $57 million and $75 million.
Bentley Motors and Dezer collaborated to create their first residential building ever constructed. According to a press release, the 61-story Bentley Residences will have a “Dezervator” auto elevator in the middle of the structure. Each luxury unit will include a three or four-car garage with electric vehicle charging outlets.
According to records, a Dezer affiliate paid $6.8 million in 1996 for the 3.6-acre property, which includes a five-story hotel bearing the Wyndham name. The 180-key building’s demolition is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2019, with a 2026 completion date for the project as the goal.
Dezer is transforming the North Miami Beach Intracoastal Mall into the $1.5 billion mixed-use Uptown Harbour project. The expansive development, which spans over 30 acres and includes 2,000 residential units, 575,000 square feet of retail and office space, 250 hotel rooms, a port, and a central park, was given initial approval by the North Miami Beach City Commission in 2020.
Bentley Residences will be Dezer’s second opulent residence with a modern vehicle lift. The first was the Porsche Design Tower, a 2016 completion of a 60-story luxury brand high-rise in Sunny Isles Beach.
Today our team got the privilege of being the first to tour the new Bentley Residences Miami Sales Center and the one word that keeps playing through our heads is stunning. This sales center is so unique and every detail is so intricate that we cannot even begin to describe what we saw and heard…but I am going to try.
For starters, the exterior of the sales center is insane (in a good way). When you approach the building, you immediately notice the rust-colored Bentley statue. The outside of the building appears to be all glass reflecting the statue creating a diamond-like effect. The massive Bentley logo is located right outside the entrance.
Once you enter the gallery of the building, you immediately notice the inlaid lighting on the granite floors wrapping around but upward towards the ceiling creating a unique lighting experience. The lounge features comfortable seating and beautiful hardwood floors, and just around the corner is a sky blue Bentley.
During our tour, the scale model arrived at the sales center and we got to see the assembly of the model.
A model residence is just after the scale model. Once you enter, you immediately notice the 4 car garage that each residence will offer. After you exit your private elevator to your foyer, an expansive window overlooks your private pool. The open floor plan showcases a custom kitchen, attractive sitting area, and automatically retracting balcony doors. The innovative doors lead to an expansive terrace with a summer kitchen and access to your private pool.

As if Bentley Residences hasn’t already been the talk around Miami as far as new developments go, the developer just released new interior renderings that show what Bentley luxury is all about. The newest interior renderings include just a sneak peak into the lobby, an upper lounge area, a restaurant, gym and much more.
Last month, Bentley began sales and announced that they were expected a $1.2 billion sellout. We are still waiting on the numbers from their sales team but we do know the team is finishing up the final touches on the $10 million oceanfront sales center.
Both the sales center and Bentley site are located in Sunny Isles Beach and once officially opened, potential buyers will be able to see a full model unit.

Following the completion of the $10 million oceanfront sales center, Dezer Development plans to begin sales of Bentley Residences this year. The sales center and site located in Sunny Isles Beach features a full model unit for potential buyers.
Bentley Residences will be located at 18401 Collins Avenue and will be considered the world’s first Bentley-branded residential building. According to the Developer, once sales launch, they plan for a $1.2 billion sellout.
Seeking to capitalize on the region’s high demand for residential real estate, developers have been hurrying to begin sales of new condo buildings around South Florida. This was one of the driving factors to get the sales launched for Bentley Residences
Dezer plans to open the sales center in two phases, one at the end of January 2022 and the second phase in March 2022. The 12,000-square-foot sales center, which will be built on the site of the former Armani/Casa Residences sales gallery, at 18325 Collins Avenue, will contain a 6,000-square-foot model of a Bentley unit, a broker’s lounge, and a theater for presentations.
According to a press release, a life-sized Bentley sculpture will be displayed outside of the sales gallery before being relocated to the Bentley Residences site after completion of the tower.
The project itself will rise 60 stories tall at 749 feet. The tower will feature 216 luxury condos with in-unit garages and some units showcasing large pools on the balconies. Pricing for units will range from $3.9 million to $6 million for water-facing units. Ocean-facing units will range from $5.5 million to $7.5 million while penthouses will be in the $20 million range.
Units on the east side will have four-car garages, while those on the west side will have three-car garages. With its patterned glass, the Sunny Isles structure will be “unmistakably Bentley,” according to Dezer.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the 3.6-acre property will feature a gym, pool, spa, theater, restaurant, lounge, bar, cabanas, and gardens.
Construction is set to begin in summer 2022 with completion in 2026.
