The 50-story residential tower, spearheaded by developers Related Group and Integra Investments, recently secured $527 million in financing, setting the stage for construction to officially begin.

The tower, which will rise 630 feet above ground and 639 feet above sea level, is being crafted by world-renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects, with interiors designed by the acclaimed Rockwell Group. The design seamlessly combines the elegance of golden-age ocean liners with the sleek modernity of contemporary skyscrapers, creating a unique and timeless aesthetic.
The St. Regis Residences will feature 152 exclusive condominiums, offering residents an unmatched lifestyle of luxury, complemented by the iconic St. Regis service. Coastal Construction has been tapped to oversee the project, with completion expected in 2027.
