Santander Tower Site in Brickell Receives Demolition Permit Revision Approval
February 3, 2025 by Jacki Taylor
A new milestone has been reached for the Santander Tower project in Brickell, as Miami's Building Department has granted approval for a revised demolition permit. This latest revision, approved on January 31st, follows an earlier modification that received the green light in December.
Adding to the momentum, a dewatering permit application was filed with Miami-Dade in January, suggesting that groundwork activities are well underway. Coastal Construction has been named as the contractor for this phase, reflecting their continued presence in Miami's dynamic construction scene.
Meanwhile, the master construction permit for the Santander Tower is in the corrections stage. Submitted to Miami's Building Department in October, the permit has been under review since November, highlighting the meticulous process involved in advancing a major development like this.
With these recent approvals and submissions, the Santander Tower project continues to move forward, promising to make a striking impact on Brickell's ever-evolving skyline.
