although there are some positive reviews of this building, my review is most reliable as I have lived in this building since it opened.
the floors are not sound proof even though the building tells you that they are. you will hear your neighbors above 24 hours in the day.
the elevators break on a regular basis, leaving residents stuck inside. the average wait for the elevator is anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes, depending on the day.
the management changes every other month, and each company is worse than the previous one.
the valet has damaged my vehicles over 4 time – slashed tires, dangling mirror, scratches on the side, etc.
if you have an appointment, I suggest you leave your house 30 minutes before you originally intended, due to the elevator and valet taking a very long time.
the pool attendants are useless, almost never there and takes forever to get someone to attend to you.
the restaurant served me raw chicken, and almost always mess up on my orders. one time I wanted to buy a banana, and they charged me 40$ with no refund.
all in all, this building should be luxurious, yet all the management and employees disrespect and speak down to the residents. the cost of living in this building vs. the burden is simply not worth it. 0/10 recommend this building. only positive thing about this building is its physical look – other than that, everything is a huge mess.
