Famous Midwest Steakhouse Maple & Ash to Open in Miami Early 2025

Miami’s culinary scene is about to sizzle even more with the arrival of Maple & Ash, Chicago’s celebrated steakhouse, slated to open at Miami Worldcenter in early 2025. Known for redefining the steakhouse experience with its wood-fired cooking and luxe atmosphere, Maple & Ash is set to bring its signature blend of dry-aged steaks and indulgent seafood towers to downtown Miami.





Chef Danny Grant, the culinary genius behind Maple & Ash, is making a triumphant return to South Florida. Nearly a decade ago, Grant honed his craft in Miami’s kitchens before earning national acclaim with two Michelin stars at Chicago’s Ria in 2012 and being named Food & Wine’s Best New Chef that same year.





Grant's Maple & Ash opened in Chicago’s Gold Coast in 2015 and quickly rose to become the highest-grossing independent restaurant in the city and the top-earning steakhouse nationwide. The restaurant’s accolades include Wine Spectator’s “Best of Excellence Award” and a 2023 Tales of the Cocktail nomination for “Best Restaurant Bar.” Following its success in Chicago, the brand expanded to Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2019, further cementing its reputation as a destination for elevated dining.





The $4 billion Miami Worldcenter, already a hotspot for dining and entertainment, will serve as the home for Maple & Ash’s newest outpost. Co-owner Jim Lasky revealed in an interview earlier this year that the Miami location will feature three distinct spaces:






  • Eight Bar on the ground floor, perfect for pre-dinner cocktails.




  • Maple & Ash Steakhouse on the second floor, offering an exquisite dining experience.




  • lounge and event space on the top floor, ideal for hosting memorable gatherings.





While specific menu details for the Miami location remain under wraps, diners can expect the same standout offerings that have made Maple & Ash a hit in Chicago and Scottsdale. Signature dishes include:






  • Dry-Aged Steaks: Expertly seared over burning logs for unparalleled flavor.




  • Coal-Roasted Seafood Tower: A decadent mix of lobster, scallops, and other fresh catches.




  • "I Don't Give a F@k" Chef's Tasting Menu*: A bold, multi-course dining experience curated by the chef, featuring seasonal plates, premium seafood, and perfectly cooked steaks.
