Muze at Met

Muze at Met is an apartment building in downtown Miami designed by Nichols Wurst Wolfe & Associates and developed by ZOM Living. Comprised of 391 rentals, it reaches 43 stories high and raw materials with urban elements to deliver a sophisticated feel. The building was completed and open for renters in 2018 and is the last phase of the Metropolitan Miami project.

Living space at Muze ranges from studios to 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The kitchens are fitted with stainless steel appliances, custom range hoods, front control backless stoves, subway tile backsplash, quartz counters, and built-in framed microwaves. The bathrooms have back-lit mirrors, quartz vanities, HansGrohe chrome faucets, and designer tile. Also included in the unit is a full size washer/dryer, chef’s island, Nest learning thermostats, gigabit internet fiber speeds, and custom wood closet shelves. Along with views of the ocean and cityscape, some of these living spaces also offer a wine fridge.

The amenities at Muze have everything you need right in your own home. Valet parking with custom app, resident exclusive Avenue C onsite market, concierge lobby, indoor pet salon, and pet playground keep residents close to home. Wellness amenities include a saltwater pool, sunny pool deck, yoga and cycling studio, clubroom, covered outdoor pavilion with kitchen, sauna/steam room, massage and a state of the art fitness center. The building has on-site retailers including 18 screen Silverspot cinema and a 24-hour business center with conference rooms.

Muze at Met Square is located in downtown Miami at 340 SE 3rd Street. If you do decide you want to venture out, you are walking distance from Miami River Walk, Bayfront Park, mass transit station, Whole Foods, and all of the entertainment downtown and Brickell have to offer. The beach, hospitals and the airport are also just a short commute away. Between the amenities and proximity to entertainment, the time you save could be spent at the beach!
