Moon Bay is a 12-story, mid-rise condominium building located in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Completed in 2007, Moon Bay was developed by Cervera Real Estate Group and designed by architecture firm B. Pila Design. Moon Bay has 61 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 677 to 1,159 interior square feet (see Moon Bay floor plans). The units at Moon Bay condominium feature stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a balcony with glass railings. Each unit at Moon Bay includes one assigned parking space.
