Most poorly operated building in condominium history. They have turned off the air conditioning in the common areas to save money because they are broke. The elevators do not work 40% of the time. The gate to the garage has been broken and not replaced for 6 months. The main air conditioner pipe into the building is broken and needs to be replaced but the building cannot afford it. There is a creepy old guy in the building who offers married women cocaine to sleep with him. He got caught and the husband threatened to come to the pool and shoot him. Oh and it is very expensive.
