Mint allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits only owners to have no more than two (2) pets, with a total combined weight of 60 pounds. Prior to move-in, owners who have a pet must pay a $100 non-refundable fee and a $500 refundable deposit to the condo association.

Mint at Riverfront is a 56-story condominium building located on the southern end of Downtown Miami near Brickell. It is situated along the Miami River and offers fabulous views of the river, city, and bay.
