The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a highly anticipated 70-story, 195-unit residential tower in the heart of Brickell, has officially secured its master permit approval. Developed by Ytech and led by CEO Yamal Yidios, this milestone ensures that construction can proceed seamlessly without interruption, allowing the project to rise efficiently into the Miami skyline.

Recent aerial images provided by Ytech highlight significant site activity, with excavation and foundation preparations in full swing. Heavy machinery, drilling rigs, and construction crews are actively working across the site, marking steady progress toward vertical construction. The images showcase extensive groundwork, including piling operations and site grading, underscoring the project's forward momentum.

Designed by ACPV Architects in collaboration with Arquitectonica, The Residences at 1428 Brickell is being positioned as a groundbreaking development in sustainability. The tower will feature a "Solar Backbone" consisting of 500 photovoltaic-integrated windows spanning nearly 20,000 square feet along the west-facing façade. This innovative system is set to generate 175,000 kWh of clean energy annually, reducing CO₂ emissions by 4,700 tons and offsetting 3,000 barrels of oil each year. This pioneering approach establishes a new standard for eco-conscious luxury living in Miami.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell will offer an exclusive collection of homes ranging from two- to four-bedroom layouts, spanning between 1,800 and 4,000 square feet. Pricing starts at $3 million and extends up to $7 million for premium units. Select residences will feature two-story floor plans, providing expansive living spaces with breathtaking views of the city and Biscayne Bay.

At the pinnacle of the tower, a $60 million penthouse will offer an unparalleled living experience with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, soaring 30-foot ceilings, and two vast terraces. Additional penthouses, starting at $8 million, will range up to 10,000 square feet, catering to ultra-luxury buyers seeking grand, sky-high retreats.
