HUB Miami is poised to be a prominent addition to the skyline of Downtown Miami. It is conceptualized as a luxury residential condominium and office tower that will be integrated with the Central Rail Station, catering to the contemporary urban lifestyle. This 41-story edifice will boast 306 condominiums, with living spaces varying from studios to two-bedroom apartments. HUB Miami is a collaboration between four development firms: BH Group, Pebb Enterprises, Florida Value Partners, and John Buck Co., who have invested around $40 million to acquire the 1.03-acre site. The architectural design is being spearheaded by ODP Architects, with interior design themes by One Line Design Studio, ensuring a blend of sleek architecture with modern spaces and high-end amenities.
Construction is slated to begin in early 2024, and the tower is also designed to accommodate short-term rentals with AirBnb, which adds a flexible accommodation option for residents and visitors alike. With its luxurious residences, high-quality office spaces, and a full spectrum of amenities. These amenities are set to include a fitness center, spa, and a resort-style pool, among others, to provide a comprehensive lifestyle experience.
The HUB Miami is not just a residential space but a mixed-use development that promises to blend leisure and work seamlessly. The tower will also include 245,000 square feet of Class-A office space.
