Domus Brickell Park

Domus Brickell Park is Miami’s newest pre-construction condo-hotel development. Rising 12 stories, Domus Brickell Park will feature 171 residential units from studios to two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 330 to 979 square feet. Domus Brickell Park will be developed by North Development with exterior designed by Zyscovich Architects and interiors designed by Urban Robot.

Residents of Domus Brickell Park will be able to enjoy a number of luxury amenities, including co-working spaces, high-speed internet, wellness center, steam room, state-of-the-art fitness room, rooftop pool with cabanas, a jacuzzi hot tub, and a grilling/entertainment area.

Domus Brickel Park is expected to open in late 2025 and will be located in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood at 1611 SW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33130. The building will be just blocks away from the shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment at Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village. By car, Domus Brickell Parkwill be 10 minutes from the FTX Arena, 15 minutes from the MiamiDesign District, 20 minutes from South Beach, and 25 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
