Cove Miami is a 40-story pre-construction development located in Edgewater, Florida. Cove Miami is being developed by New York-based real estate developers SB Development & Hazelton Capital Group with designs by Kobi Carp Architecture, and interior design by Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos & Asociados. Construction for Cove Miami is expected to begin in late 2024 and is slated to be completed in 2026.

Cove Miami is expected to feature 116 fully finished luxury residences with 2 to 4+den floor plans. Pricing for Cove Miami will start at $1.4 million. Cove residences will feature an Italian kitchen with Calacatta gold marble, Thermador and Bosch kitchen appliances, marble bathrooms, balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and light-filled open floor plans.
