Construction has officially topped out at Domus Brickell Park, a 12-story short-term rental-friendly condominium in Miami’s West Brickell district. Developed by North Development, the project has reached this significant milestone in collaboration with Thornton Construction as the general contractor.
Located at 1611 SW 2nd Avenue, Domus Brickell Park is the first Brickell-area project to achieve structural completion in 2025. With the external framework finalized, the development remains on track to obtain a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) by the end of 2025, with hotel and residential operations expected to commence in early 2026.
The 171-unit condominium, designed by Zyscovich Architects, boasts a blend of fully furnished residences and penthouses, each offering hotel-style services and cutting-edge amenities. Among the standout features are state-of-the-art air and water filtration systems by CLEAR, ensuring a high standard of living. The property will be managed by North Management, a division of North Development, to uphold brand standards and deliver a seamless hospitality-driven experience.
Interior design by Urban Robot Associates brings a contemporary touch to Domus Brickell Park, with standout features including:
- Nine- to 14-foot ceilings
- Private balconies
- Smart keyless entry systems
- Italkraft cabinetry and Bosch appliances
- Premium finishes
With pricing ranging from the $600,000s to $1.2 million, demand remains strong, with more than 60% of the units already sold.
Adding to its vibrant appeal, Domus Brickell Park will showcase a large-scale mural by Miami-born artist Johnny Robles, titled Sparks. This striking artwork will be prominently displayed on the building’s ground-level exterior, enhancing the development’s connection to the local art scene.
Offering hotel-quality amenities at a competitive price point, Domus Brickell Park continues to attract buyers seeking new construction in the Brickell area. With construction advancing ahead of schedule, completion remains on target for early 2026.
