Coming Soon to Brickell: House Of Wellness – A Visionary 47-Story Tower
Brickell continues to evolve as one of Miami’s most dynamic and desirable neighborhoods—and the latest proposal is nothing short of transformative. A new 47-story tower called House Of Wellness has officially entered the pipeline, with an application now under review by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The FAA received the submission on April 7th, with plans detailing a structure that will rise 467 feet above ground (or 477 feet above sea level). Complementing this vertical masterpiece, a construction crane is projected to be installed by January 2026, reaching up to 530 feet above ground.
The project has already made notable progress in the planning stages. It was submitted to Miami-Dade planners for site plan and zoning reviews earlier this year, during February and March, indicating serious momentum behind the development.
Designed to merge luxury living with a wellness-focused lifestyle, House Of Wellness is set to offer:
832 residential units, ideal for both long-term residents and short-term stays
338 parking spaces, ensuring ample convenience for future occupants and visitors
The development is being spearheaded by North at Brickell VI LLC, a name that’s rapidly gaining recognition in Miami’s real estate landscape.
Brickell is no stranger to ambitious architecture and groundbreaking projects, but House Of Wellness stands out for its scale and concept. With wellness at its core, the tower aims to redefine urban living in one of Miami’s fastest-growing areas.
Whether you’re an investor seeking early opportunities in a landmark development or a buyer looking to be part of the next big thing in Brickell, this is one proposal to watch closely.
Stay tuned for more updates as House Of Wellness makes its way through the approval and development process—this is just the beginning.

Riverside Wharf Development Moves Forward With Contractor Selection & Groundbreaking Date
Exciting news for Miami’s riverfront: The highly anticipated Riverside Wharf development has taken a major step forward. The developers have officially selected Moss Construction as the General Contractor and have set a groundbreaking date for June 2025. With this milestone, the project is on track for completion in 2027.
Originally the site of the former Wharf Miami, which closed in August 2023, the Riverside Wharf project has grown into a $300 million vision that aims to redefine luxury hospitality and entertainment along the Miami River. Since the closure of the previous venue, permitting efforts have been actively underway to bring this ambitious project to life.
The Riverside Wharf will feature a 167-room Dream hotel, offering high-end accommodations with stunning waterfront views. Alongside the hotel, the development will include a multi-level entertainment complex designed to elevate Miami’s vibrant nightlife and dining scene.
Among the planned amenities are luxury Asian and Italian Coastal restaurants, promising world-class dining experiences. The entertainment hub will also boast a day club and a night club, catering to both daytime relaxation and high-energy nightlife.

As the city continues to attract high-profile developments, this project will undoubtedly play a key role in shaping the future of Miami’s riverfront scene.
FAA Filing Submitted For 831-Foot Tower in Downtown Miami
A new skyscraper could soon redefine Miami’s skyline. A filing submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration on February 3rd requests approval for a tower soaring 831 feet above ground (or 840 feet above sea level) in Downtown Miami.
The site coordinates included in the filing appear to align with the Clear Residences property, a planned luxury development that has been making its way through the approval process.
In May 2024, the Miami Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) voted unanimously to recommend approval of Clear Residences without conditions. At the time, the project was presented as a 60-story tower, rising 690 feet above ground with:
544 residential units
3,680 square feet of commercial space
157 parking spaces across five levels
The developer listed in the UDRB filing was Blutrich Holdings Inc., further suggesting that the FAA filing could be linked to a height increase for Clear Residences.
If approved, this latest filing would push the limits of Miami’s vertical growth, joining a wave of new high-rise developments seeking to maximize height in the city’s urban core. As demand for luxury residences continues to rise, developers are increasingly looking to the sky.
The FAA review process will determine whether the proposed height is viable in relation to airspace restrictions. If cleared, this tower could become one of Miami’s tallest and most prominent new structures.
A Vision of Elegance: The Delmore Debuts in Miami’s Billionaire’s Triangle

This new gem is strategically positioned at the intersection of Indian Creek, Surfside, and Bal Harbour, an area synonymous with affluence and exclusivity. The project promises to elevate Miami’s reputation as a global hub for ultra-luxury real estate.
For DAMAC International, The Delmore marks a significant milestone as their first foray into the U.S. property market. It also coincides with the company’s ambitious $20 billion investment plan for data center development across the country, as announced by Founder & Chairman Hussain Sajwani. This dual venture underscores DAMAC’s strategic vision for growth in the American market.
The Delmore offers an intimate collection of 37 residences spread across 12 stories. A defining feature of The Delmore is its architectural brilliance. The structure is divided by a stunning flow-through canyon that provides uninterrupted views of the sky, while its centerpiece—a 75-foot-long acrylic swimming pool suspended 125 feet above ground—creates a mesmerizing visual spectacle. This extraordinary pool will undoubtedly become a landmark visible from Collins Avenue.
The lifestyle experience at The Delmore is elevated by 55,000 square feet of amenities dedicated to wellness, leisure, and relaxation. A 20,000-square-foot meditation garden forms the heart of this serene oasis, featuring cascading pools, open-air yoga areas, and botanical gardens designed to inspire tranquility. Residents will also have access to a private restaurant offering Michelin-starred culinary delights, adding a touch of gastronomic luxury to everyday living.
Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) has masterfully crafted the interiors of The Delmore, combining sophistication with functionality. Each residence boasts dual kitchens—an entertainment kitchen and a chef’s kitchen—to meet the lifestyle needs of modern luxury homeowners.
The Delmore’s exterior, made from glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), mirrors the natural beauty of Miami’s coastline. ZHA’s architects meticulously studied sand and sea samples during the design process, ensuring that the façade reflects its surroundings. This thoughtful approach underscores the building’s harmony with the environment.
As the project moves forward with a completion date set for 2029, The Delmore is poised to become one of the most iconic residential developments in Miami.

Amazon Eyeing Wynwood for Major Office Space in Miami’s Hottest New Development

With negotiations centering on approximately 75,000 square feet, Amazon could soon occupy a substantial portion of the state-of-the-art development currently under construction in Wynwood.
This potential move marks another major step in Amazon’s increasing interest in Miami, coming just a year after founder Jeff Bezos announced his own relocation to the Magic City. The arrival of Amazon would be a game-changer for the Wynwood area, further cementing Miami’s reputation as a burgeoning tech and business hub.
Wynwood Plaza is poised to be a revolutionary development in Miami’s iconic arts district, featuring a mix of commercial, residential, and retail spaces designed to cater to the evolving needs of a modern city. Key features include:

Half-Acre Outdoor Plaza: Designed by James Corner Field Operations, this large, open-air plaza will be the largest of its kind in the Wynwood Arts District and one of the largest in Miami. It’s set to become a communal space where art, culture, and leisure converge, enhancing the neighborhood’s walkability and appeal.
Developed by L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, alongside partners Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, Wynwood Plaza is not just another development but a bold statement about Miami’s future. The Claure Group, which will establish its headquarters within Wynwood Plaza’s office tower, adds a local anchor to the project, fostering a collaborative environment for local and global businesses alike.
With the office towers already topped off, Wynwood Plaza is on track for a 2025 opening, promising to redefine the landscape of Wynwood and draw further interest from influential brands and businesses.
If finalized, Amazon’s presence would accelerate Wynwood’s transformation into a premier destination for innovation and business. As a brand synonymous with forward-thinking technology and global reach, Amazon would bring an influx of talent, new opportunities, and perhaps inspire other tech giants to follow suit. For Wynwood and Miami at large, Amazon’s investment would amplify the city’s standing as an attractive base for technology and corporate growth.
With Amazon potentially leading the charge, Wynwood Plaza’s cutting-edge design, vibrant community spaces, and strategic location set it up as a beacon for what Miami’s business future could hold. For now, all eyes are on Wynwood as it awaits the official announcement.
