The long-awaited 649-foot waterfront tower, Missoni Baia is now topping off construction at 57 stories. Located in the Edgewater neighborhood of Biscayne Bay at 777 NE 26th Terrace. Missoni Baia is the first Missoni branded condominium tower in the world.
Developers for this project include OKO Group and Cain International who are responsible for creations such as UNA Residences and 830 Brickell. The building is being designed by architect Hani Rashid of Asymptote Architecture and landscape design by Enzo Enea.
This luxury tower features 249 units with 1 to 5 bedroom floor plans measuring between 776 and 3,788 square feet. Pricing for the units fall between $650,000 to $9 million. This bayfront tower also features 200 feet of linear Bayfront access.
According to Vanessa Grout, the CEO of the OKO Group, domestic buyers surged once single-family home prices escalated. “As a result, luxury condominiums like Missoni Baia are proving much more attractive, promising less maintenance costs and an abundance of resort-style amenities,” says Grout.
Interior unit features include 10-foot ceilings, expansive terraces, impact-resistant glass windows, and custom kitchens with high-end appliances. Residents of Missoni Baia will have access to ultra-luxurious amenities including a private spa with sauna, steam room, multiple pools with poolside lounges, a bay-terrace lounge, resident game room, kid’s pool and play area, and a pet spa.
As of June, a majority of the units at Missoni Baia have sold, and closed sales have reached approximately $100 million. This gorgeous tower is set to complete at the end of 2021. Missoni Baia Construction Passes its Halfway Point
Welcome to Missoni Baia! This remarkable waterfront tower will feature 57 floors with an impressive 200 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage. Curated by New York designer Paris Forino, with 249 custom one-to-five bedroom options. The architect for this tower is Hani Rashid of Asymptotoe Architecture and the developer is OKO Group under Vladislav Doronin.
Construction is underway for this gorgeous tower and it has passed the half-way point. According to CEO of developer Cain International, “This milestone is a testament to the team’s diligence and hard work despite the challenges presented by the current environment. Building Missoni Baia to its midpoint milestone is a remarkable moment for our team as we bring this elegantly designed, landmark project to life.”
According to a press release from Missoni Baia, all windows have been added to the north and south tower up to the 36th floor, including partial balconies. Civic Construction, the general contractor has stated that top-off is estimated this time next year.

Missoni Baia To Break Ground This Week
When completed, Missoni Baia will bring 57 stories of ultra-luxury residences to the shores of East Edgewater.
The groundbreaking is scheduled for 5pm on Thursday, October 12 at the build site, 777 NE 26th Terrace. The first-ever Missoni branded condominium will feature a vibrant and colorful decor, even with a custom tile mosaic of the brand’s signature brightly colored stripes.
The residences range in size from 1-5 bedrooms and prices of the tower residences range from the $700,000’s up to $3.4 million. Penthouses have not yet been released. The development is slated for completion at the end of 2020.

Missoni Baia Releases Floor Plans And Prices Starting At $500k
Miami’s latest luxury branded condominium development, Missoni Baia, has released their preliminary floor plans and introductory prices. The project will bring 229 ultra-luxury residences to East Edgewater on a waterfront lot with 200 feet of bayfront in a 57 story tower. The sales brochures and renderings are still being finalized, but we were able to get a peek of the preliminary floor plans and first tier pricing.
As I have reported before, the best time to buy a new condo is either when the tower is first announced, or when the tower is completed and preparing to open. Of course, the first buyers have the best choice of floor plans and views. Without further adieu, the first tier prices and floor plans:
