The 1 Southside Park project in Brickell, developed by JDS and designed by ODP, has submitted revised plans featuring increased open space, commercial areas, and a larger fire station, while reducing residential units, office space, and overall floor area. The updated design includes a 61-story structure with 200 hotel units, 1,010 residential units, and a total height of 780 feet above sea level.
