Brickell Ten is a modern, urban development located in West Brickell at 1010 Southwest 2nd Avenue. The 22-story building was completed in 2017, adding 155 condo residences to the Brickell neighborhood, each with one-, two-, or to three-bedrooms ranging in size from 792 square feet to 1,387 interior square feet (see Brickell Ten floor plans). Brickell Ten was developed by IB Corp. and Waterstone Capital and designed by BC Architects with interiors inspired by famed Colombian architect Adriana Hoyos.

I bought a condo in Brickell Ten for my own residence and couldn’t be happier here. The management and staff are attentive, kind and professional. The building is always clean. It offers resort-style amenities, like a modern gym with views of the city, huge well designed pool, hot tub/spa with beautiful city and bay views, lounge, office center, kids play area and no shortage of space to enjoy.
The condos are very spacious and well designed with high-end appliances and elegant interior designs throughout the building with high end glass railings for enjoying those stunning views. It’s also quieter at night than central Brickell, if you like peace during the late hours. There are only about 8 units on each floor, so you don’t see traffic and transient people in and out. The walls also seem more insulated from noise than other buildings I’ve lived in. Maybe because it’s only about 5 years old
Residences are friendly and respectful to one another. The location near the highway is perfect for driving just about anywhere and getting home without hitting traffic.
There are a lot of new developments in the area. I see improvements daily and weekly to the building and surrounding blocks. There’s a brand new school that was erected in a month and brings promise of educational opportunities to the community. It’s a really nice short walk to Publix and The Brickell City Centre and in the core of Brickell, while having less noise and tourists.
One Southside Park is going through a renovation . Between this park, the Underline, riverfront and bay, there are so many places nearby to walk or relax in nature.
It also Brickell Ten is on an elevated landmass. You can see it slope upward on 10th Street, and even when other areas close by flood, Brickell Ten has been high and dry.
The boutique style building like this is perfect if you want amenities/ condo living with more privacy and personal connections and accommodations through the concierge service. I really am happy to have found the perfect designed condo in the prestigious address Brickell Ten.
