Brickell

Brickell, also known as the Financial District of Miami, is home to a large number of international banks such as HSBC, Espirito Santo Bank, and Banco Santander. These Brickell Miami banks are predominantly located along Brickell Avenue – the main thoroughfare running through Brickell Miami and extending north to south from the Brickell Avenue Bridge to the Rickenbacker Causeway. Brickell Miami is considered to be one of South Florida’s most prestigious neighborhoods and is a perennial favorite place to live among affluent, young professionals. At the heart of Brickell, located along South Miami Avenue, are two large-scale, mixed-use developments – Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre. Mary Brickell Village, the smaller of the two developments, includes 200,000 square feet of bars, shops, and restaurants. Toscana Divino, Blue Martini, Shake Shack, North Italia, and P.F. Brickell City Centre, which opened in November of 2016, is a development of great significance and mammoth proportions. Spanning over nine acres and at a cost of over $1 Billion, Brickell City Centre is an urban oasis to live, work, and shop. It includes 500,000 square feet of open-air retail featuring luxury brands such as Chopard and Valentino, a 5-star hotel called East Hotel, and 780 luxury condo residences in the Brickell City Centre towers called Rise and Reach. Brickell City Centre also includes a high-end movie theater and an Italian food hall called Casa Tua Cucina.

Brickell is considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Miami.  It is a densely populated neighborhood where towering apartment and condominium buildings abound. Brickell Miami's Location


Brickell Miami is located just south of Downtown Miami (immediately south of the Brickell Avenue Bridge), east of the Brickell Metrorail station, and north of the Rickenbacker Causeway. By car, Brickell is 10 minutes from Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne and 20 minutes from South Beach, the Miami International Airport, Midtown Miami, and the Design District.
