Last week a contract holder contacted me who would like to sell his 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo residence at One Bal Harbour. The condo is a Residence B floor plan in the 02 line. It has 1,917 square feet of interior space and 535 square feet of terraces. He went to contract on the unit in 2003. He does not want to keep the condo and would like to sell it before closing.
This 2 bedroom condo has beautiful direct ocean views. It also has views of the intracoastal waters to the west.

I haven’t been inside this building but the finishings are nice, but not >$1mm nice.
Of course, the location is great but still…
I heard from two people today that the lobby is amazing. I haven’t actually toured the building myself though.

This unit’s floor plan is one of the best that I’ve seen and I’m a floor plan junkie.
I really like how the living room/kitchen area is away from the bedrooms. I don’t understand why so many condos (even super expensive ones) put doors to the bedrooms right off of the living room.
I have a buyer but doesnt want to pay over 1M. Whats say you?
