The skyline of Brickell is set to evolve once again as plans for two towering construction cranes have been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration for the Baccarat Residences site. This development marks a significant step forward in the ongoing construction efforts that have been reshaping the urban landscape of Miami's financial district.

Submitted on March 15th, the filing outlines ambitious heights for these cranes, signaling the grand scale of the project. The first crane is projected to ascend to a top height of 887 feet above ground, reaching a commanding 889 feet above sea level. Meanwhile, the second crane is slated to surpass even these impressive figures, aiming for a top height of 906 feet above ground and 908 feet above sea level.

Construction activity at the Baccarat Residences site has been in full swing since last year, demonstrating a relentless push towards completion. The issuance of a site work permit in September marked the commencement of groundwork, while a phased vertical permit, granted on January 17th, propelled the project into its next phase of development.

Central to this ambitious endeavor is the vision for the Baccarat Residences itself. With plans for a permanent height of 75 stories, towering at 848 feet above ground and 852 feet above sea level, it's evident that this development aims to stand as a beacon of modernity and sophistication in Brickell's skyline.

In addition to the main tower, a second edifice is also taking shape on the property. This secondary tower, a 44-story structure, promises to offer 506 luxurious apartments, further enriching the residential landscape of the area.
