SLS Lux only allows owners to have a pet. Owners are permitted to have up to two (2) pets per residence. There is no weight restriction and no pet fee. Tenants are not allowed to have a pet at SLS Lux unless the pet is a certified emotional support animal with full documentation.
Basic cable, internet, water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of three (3) times per year. No lease can be less than thirty one (31) days.

SLS Lux Brickell is a luxury condo development located in Brickell at 801 South Miami Avenue. Built in 2018, SLS Lux Brickell rises 57 stories and includes 450 condo residences plus 84 luxury condo-hotel suites.
