Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits only owners to have no more than one (1) pet, each with a maximum of 25 pounds. Renters are only allowed to have registered service animals. There is no pet fee.
Water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of twelve (12) times per year. No lease can be less than thirty (30) days.
