Vue at Brickell allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits only owners to have no more than two (2) pets, each with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Prior to move-in, the residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable fee of $500 to the condo association.
Basic cable and internet (Comcast), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
No lease can be less than three (3) months.
The pool and fitness center at Vue at Brickell are located on the 8th floor.
