The Sail is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence to have pets, each with a maximum weight of 25 pounds. There is no pet fee for owners. Renters may be required to pay a pet fee at discretion of owner.
Water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of twelve (12) times per year. No lease can be less than thirty (30) days.

The Sail is a 30-story condominium building located in Brickell Miami. Completed in 2006, The Sail was developed by Renzo Renzi and designed by Collado & Partners. The Sail on Brickell has 152 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 630 to 1,090 interior square feet plus balcony (see The Sail on Brickell floor plans). The apartments at The Sail feature stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an oversized balcony.
