Brickell Arch allows registered service animals. There is a fee, only if there is damage due to the service animal.

Completed in 2004, Brickell Arch (formerly called Espirito Santo Plaza) is a mixed-use building comprised of condominiums, hotel, and office space. Brickell Arch was designed by the well-known architectural firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The architectural design of Brickell Arch is iconic and loosely based on the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri.
