Brickell Townhouse is a 22-story, bayfront condominium building located along the southern end of Brickell. Completed in 1963, Brickell Townhouse was originally an apartment development. It was converted to condominiums in 1979 by Jerry Gross and Larry Mendelson (Brickell Townhouse, Inc.). It was reported at the time that all of the building’s units sold in less than 30 days. Brickell Townhouse has 357 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 800 to 1,703 interior square feet.
