Brickell on the River North is a pet-friendly condo development for both owner and renters. The pet policy permits owners to a have no more than two (2) pets, each with a maximum weight of 50 pounds and renters no more than one (1) pet with a maximum weight of 25 pounds. Prior to move-in, residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to the condo association.
Water, sewer, and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of two (2) times per year. No lease can be less than seven (7) months.

Brickell on the River North was the first of two towers developed by Groupe Pacific International and designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa and Associates.
