Miami Open at Hard Rock Stadium

Miami's tennis scene is returning! The Miami Open is taking place at the Hard Rock Stadium from now until April 2, 2023, featuring the best tennis players in the world. The event features the best in tennis as well as the best in entertainment, cuisine, art, and culture—all hallmarks of Greater Miami & Miami Beach.

While tennis is the main attraction at the Miami Open, there is also plenty of time for music, fashion, and dining, and the enormous event space has lots of locations to party like a pro. A variety of songs will be performed by musicians, while DJs will blast club music across the campus. Visitors will also see colorful murals painted by six local artists throughout the area because Miami is a global cultural powerhouse. If you like to shop, you can find Lacoste goods there as well. Experience Display, a new offering from Cadillac will also be there as well as large screens are strategically placed so that spectators won't miss a single play.

Food pop-ups from restaurants like Casa Tua Cucina, Kiki on the River, The Wharf, Bodega, Cheeseburger Baby, Omakai Sushi, Dos Croquetas, and many more scattered throughout the venue, guests may choose from a variety of delectable international cuisine prepared by Miami favorites. Also, there are bars that provide speciality cocktails, beer, and wine.

The Miami Open moved to Hard Rock Stadium in 2019, bringing fans improved parking, more room, and a better experience, after 32 years at Crandon Park on Key Biscayne. Tennis fans can benefit from the same opulent accommodations that Miami Dolphins supporters are used to at football events. A 13,800-seat stadium, the stadium court, has 360-degree LED displays that enhance the viewing experience. On the outside courts, there is additional seating, including a Butch Buchholz Court with a 3,500-seat capacity. In other words, there is plenty of space to enjoy fantastic tennis.

Over the years, The Miami Open has featured matches between the top tennis players including Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer who played their first match against each other in Miami in 2004. We have also watched Serena Williams win a record eight singles titles in Miami. Hubert Hurkacz of Poland won his first Masters 1000 trophy at the competition in 2020.
