Villa Miami is a pre-construction bayfront development project located in Edgewater Miami. Villa Miami will be developed in collaboration with Terra Development, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group with building design by Pritzker-Prize-award-winning architects, from Bjarke Ingels to Rem Koolhaas and Arquitectonica. Villa Miami, a first-of-its-kind partnership between the visionaries behind some of the most acclaimed hospitality, private club, and residential experiences, will be one of the most desirable residential and lifestyle experiences in the world.

Villa Miami, a 58-story, 650-foot-tall crystalline tower with a copper color-clad exoskeletal design, will only be accessible to 50 families. Villa Miami will feature enormous full-floor, half-floor and 2-story penthouse with 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay and the city, as well as astounding levels of individualized service, carefully chosen amenities, crafted design, and privacy.
