Six Fisher Island is a proposed 50-unit ultra-luxury condo complex, with penthouses expected to cost more than $60 million and regular units expected to start at $30 million. The sizes of the units at Six Fisher will range from 3,800 to 12,000 square feet with 3 to 5-bedroom floor plans. Kobi Karp will serve as the project’s architect, and Tara Bernerd Partners will handle the interior design. Heinrich Von Hanau of Fisher Island entered into a contract with Related Group to sell him the 6.5-acre plot of land. Six Fisher Island Residences will come with a range of opulent extras, such as two swimming pools, a spa, a gym, a lounge, a restaurant, and a pickleball court. Buyers will have a membership to the Fisher Island Club.
