Yotelpad Miami is a new building developed by Aria Development Group and Aqarat. Yotelpad Miami has 453 total units from 222 hotel rooms and 231 condo rooms ranging from studio to two-bedroom floorplans. Stantec is the architect behind Yotelpad. Each unit offers carefully cultivated floorplans with integrated living and dining areas.  The fully-finished interiors feature contemporary flooring with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The European kitchen and baths showcase custom cabinetry with stone finishes as well as Smeg Designer Italian appliances.
