St. Regis Residences Miami is a new pre-construction development that will feature a 50-story, waterfront tower located at 1809 Brickell Avenue. Co-developed by The Related Group and Integra Investments, St. Regis Residences Miami will showcase 149 St. Regis-branded luxury residences ranging from 2,100-7,000 square foot floor plans with units beginning at $4 million. All residences are curated by award-winning interior design firm the Rockwell Group.
