Brickell Harbour is an 18-story condominium building located in Brickell, Miami’s energy-filled Financial District. Built in 1974, Brickell Harbour has 161 condo residences comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 602 to 1,641 interior square feet (see Brickell Harbour floor plans). Many of the units at Brickell Harbour have since been renovated. They feature nine-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, in-unit washer and dryer, and wide balconies. Additionally, the units at Brickell Harbour offer beautiful views of the bay and city.
In 2019, a major project to renovate the common areas at Brickell Harbour was completed. Residents of Brickell Harbour can now enjoy a number of updated amenities, such as a large bayfront pool and hot tub, barbecue and picnic area, a fitness center, tennis court, and clubhouse. Additionally, Brickell Harbour is one of the few condominium buildings in Brickell to have a marina with private boat slips.
