The Metropolitan Brickell is a 27-story condominium building located at the southern end of Brickell Miami. Completed in 2001, The Metropolitan was developed by Coscan Homes and designed by world-renowned architecture firm Revuelta Vegas Leon Architects. The Metropolitan has 199 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 770 to 2,065 interior square feet. Although a non-waterfront building, The Metropolitan Brickell offers fabulous views of the city and water.
