Brickell Ten is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and tenants. Each unit is allowed one (1) pet up to fifty (50) pounds or two pets up to twenty-five (25) pounds each.
The condo dues at Brickell Ten cover basic cable TV, water, sewer, trash removal, and use of all building amenities.
Owners of units at Brickell Ten may lease their units up to three (3) times in any twelve (12) month period. The minimum lease period for units at Brickell Ten is four (4) months.

Brickell Ten is a modern, urban development located in West Brickell at 1010 Southwest 2nd Avenue.
