Brickell Ten is a modern, urban development located in West Brickell at 1010 Southwest 2nd Avenue. The 22-story building was completed in 2017, adding 155 condo residences to the Brickell neighborhood, each with one-, two-, or to three-bedrooms ranging in size from 792 square feet to 1,387 interior square feet (see Brickell Ten floor plans).
