Trump Palace

Trump Palace is a 55-story, oceanfront condominium building located in Sunny Isles Beach. Completed in 2006, Trump Palace was developed in collaboration between Trump International and Dezer Development and designed by world-famous architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects. Trump Palace has 278 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses (see Trump Palace floor plans). Trump Palace is one of three luxury towers comprising the oceanfront mega-development called Trump Grande. The residences at Trump Palace Sunny Isles feature private elevators, oversized walk-in closets, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, luxe kitchens and bathrooms, and spacious terraces.
