The Loft 2 is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence to have pets, each with a maximum weight of 50 pounds each and 24 inches sitting up. Prior to move-in, residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet to the condo association.
Basic cable (Hotwire), high-speed Internet (Hotwire), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of twelve (12) times per year. No lease can be less than thirty (30) days.

The Loft 2 is a 36-story condominium building located in Downtown Miami. Completed in 2007, The Loft 2 was developed by The Related Group of Florida and designed by the award-winning architecture firm Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates. The Loft 2 has 494 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 620 to 1,153 interior square feet (see The Loft 2 floor plans). The apartments at The Loft 2 feature concrete floors, open floor plans, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a stacked washer/dryer.
The Loft 2 offers residents of the building a number of wonderful amenities, including a lap pool (located on the ground-floor level); a rooftop pool, hot tub, and sundeck; sauna; clubroom; and a rooftop fitness center. Additionally, The Loft 2 has its own MetroMover station. In fact, the MetroMover passes through the building.
The Loft 2 condominium is located at 133 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami. Its location places residents of The Loft 2 within walking distance of Bayfront Park, the shops and restaurants at Bayside Marketplace, and the American Airlines Arena. By car, The Loft 2 is 5 minutes from Brickell, 18 minutes from Coconut Grove, and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
