While every unit is different, the condos at Jade at Brickell Bay are generally known to have the following features:
Jade at Brickell Bay allows pets for owners only, each with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. There is no pet fee. Tenants are not allowed to have pets.
Basic cable and internet (Comcast), water, sewer, and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of four (4) times per year. No lease can be less than three (3) months.
