Infinity at Brickell is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence to have no more than two (2) pets, each with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Prior to move-in, residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable per pet fee of $100 to the condo association.
Basic cable and internet (Comcast), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of two (2) times per year. No lease can be less than six (6) months.
The swimming pool and party rooms are located on the 11th floor, the fitness center on the 12th floor, and the sunset deck on the 52nd Floor (however, the sunset desk is only accessible to residents of the 40th Floor and up).

Completed in 2008, Infinity at Brickell is a 56-story condominium building with 459 condo residences comprised of studio to three-bedroom floor plans (see Infinity at Brickell floor plans). Infinity at Brickell was developed by The DYL Group and designed by Borges & Associates.
