Icon Brickell Tower 1 (also known as Icon Brickell I) is the largest tower of the three-tower condominium development called Icon Brickell. Rising 57 and 52 stories, Icon Brickell Tower 1 was completed in 2008. It has 713 condo residences comprised of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 640 to 2,044 interior square feet (see Icon Brickell Tower 1 floor plans). Icon Brickell was developed by The Related Group, the most well-known condo developer in Miami, and designed by Arquitectonica, the most well-known architecture firm in Miami. The lobby and common areas in Icon Brickell Tower 1 were designed by world-renowned interior designer Philippe Starck.
 
Icon Brickell Tower 1 shares amenities with the other two towers. Icon Brickell Tower 1 is located in Brickell at 465 and 475 Brickell Avenue. Its location puts it within blocks of a Whole Foods Market, a Silverspot Cinema, Bayfront Park, and the shops and restaurants at Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.
