Grand Venetian allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits only owners to have no more than two (2) pets per unit, each with a maximum weight of 30 pounds. There is no pet fee.
Basic cable (Atlantic Broadband), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners must wait one (1) before leasing. No lease can be less than one (1) year. No more than 20% of the total units can be rented at the same time.
