900 Biscayne Bay is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. There are no weight restrictions, however, Pitbulls and Rottweilers are not permitted. Prior to move-in residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $250 to the condo association.
Basic cable and internet (Hotwire), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
