501 FIRST Residences

501 FIRST Residences is a pre-construction condominium building designed by Revuelta Architectural International and developed by Aria Development Group with interiors by Shim Projects. Rising 40 stories, 501 FIRST Residences will have 448 condo residences comprised of studios to 2-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 385 to 835 interior square feet. The apartments at 501 First Residences will feature fully finished and fully furnished units, built-out closets, floor-to-ceiling glass windows with custom window treatments, and a balcony. an in-unit washer and dryer, Smeg kitchen appliances, and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures and accessories. 501 First Residences will offer views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
